  • I'm trying to find motivation during the weekdays. It's pitch black, and cold now, when I get out of work which doesn't help. I don't have any trouble on the weekends. Still getting up for long walk or jobs on Saturdays and Sundays. It's just tough during the week. I should probably start going to bed earlier and adjust to exercising first thing in the morning.
