Make the most of the STATS page. Start tracking your weight as well as your measurements (biceps, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, thighs, and body fat percentage). On the left side of the STATS page, click on the arrow corresponding to the measurement you want to enter. This will allow you to view the graph for that specific measurement. There may be foods you eat regularly which are not currently in our database. We built a diet feature to allow you to create a new food and add it to your menu. Make sure to have the nutritional information handy and click on ADD A FOOD. Then, select Create a new food. In the appropriate fields, enter the Food Name, Serving Size, Calories, Total Fat, Carbohydrates, Protein. You can also select the Grocery Aisle where you found the food. Have you wanted to create a workout routine? Now you can build your own 7-day workout plan. For each day, select Strength, Cardio, or both Strength and Cardio to indicate which type(s) of exercises you want to perform. To designate a rest day, do not select Strength or Cardio, leaving both boxes empty.

New Workout Features

We have added greater flexibility to the workout program. You can now swap, delete, and add exercises (cardio and strength) on any day. You can make changes to any of your workouts at the beginning of the week and then print out copies to take to the gym. Later, if you decide to go for a 30 minute jog on a rest day, you can add that too.
