Another Day

On an exceptionally long work day like today, it's easy to feel guilty when I can't make it to the gym.  I have to physically stop myself from starving myself in an effort to compensate.  On days like today, I remind myself that rest is important too.  I've been training really hard over the last week and it's starting to wear on me.  Despite sleeping for upwards of eight hours a night I feel tired and drained throughout my entire work day.  My body is achy and tired.  I know that the enforced rest is ultimately a good thing so I'll use it as a way to feel refreshed and hit the gym just that much harder tomorrow.
