STATS page

Make the most of the STATS page. Start tracking your weight as well as your measurements (biceps, chest, waist, abdomen, hips, thighs, and body fat percentage). On the left side of the STATS page, click on the arrow corresponding to the measurement you want to enter. This will allow you to view the graph for that specific measurement. Above the graph, you can set a goal by selecting "Change my goal." You can update any measurement at any time by submitting a new entry. The graph will then chart the number as well as the date of your entry. There are three views for each graph. You can view your Daily, Weekly, or Monthly progress by using Select a view from the top right side of each graph. If at any time, you want to clear your existing data from a chart, click on the START OVER button.
