On my journey through this life of fitness and healthy nutrition, I am still learning new , better and timely ways to achieve my goals. I love this software and can't wait to see where it leads me. Speaking of leading, it is so nice to have my meals planned and workouts chosen for me as I am a full time medical assistant with hardly any down time to figure any of those things out.

Help! I have so much difficulty getting all the protein I need. I am starting bodybuilding and from what I've read, I need a gram of protein for each pound of body weight. YIKES! That is 108 grams.....I'm not a huge fan of meat either. Any suggestions??
