Rinse the mushrooms and pat dry. Scrape out the gills with a spoon and remove the stem.

Line the basket of the air fryer with perforated parchment paper. Place each mushroom cap in the air fryer basket with the gill side up. Crack an egg into each of the mushroom caps. Top with Parmesan cheese and prosciutto. Air fry at 390°F for 12 minutes.
