Directions:
1.In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix well. 2.In separate bowl, add milk, butter, eggs, and chopped apples and mix lightly. 3.Combine both bowls and mix with electric mixer until only chunks are from the apples. 4.Divide mixture in two separate bowls. add 2/3 mixture to one bowl and add orange food coloring. Add the remaining portion to a new bowl and add green food coloring. 5.Fill greased muffin tin or liners about 1/3 of the way with orange mixture, then add enough green mixture to the tin or liners so you don’t see any orange mixture. 6.Swirl the mixtures in the tine or liners with a toothpick and place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. Be sure to check your muffins about 15 minutes through to ensure no spill overs and proper cooking time.
