Directions:  
Stir-fry the cabbage, carrots and spinach in olive oil in a skillet or wok. Once the vegetables are tender, stir in the grated ginger rooot and hot sauce. Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice. Put on a plate and top with toasted sesame seeds. Makes 6 servings.
