Directions:  
Cut tofu into cubes. Heat oil in a large skillet, and add tofu and celery and saute for 5 minutes. Add scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.

Remove from heat, spoon into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
