Directions:  
Poach or fry (with Pam) egg. Toast Orowheat sandwich thins. While those are cooking, thinly slice 1/4 of an avocado. When Egg is done, put it on one side of the sandwich thin and put cheese slice on the egg. Put avocado slices on the cheese and put the other half of the sandwich thin on top.
