Description: This is a very simple, very quick smoothie when you want something creamy and sweet, but don't want to ruin your day with guilt! *The prep time is long if you don't have frozen bananas handy!

After freezing your medium banana(I suggest slicing the banana first if you're using it for smoothies!), add it to your blender with the greek yogurt.
