Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat olive oil in a wide non-stick, oven proof fry pay. Add onion and cook until begins to soften, stir in garlic, parsley, and broccoli. Continue cooking until broccoli is bright green. Season with salt and pepper. Beat eggs well. Stir into broccoli mixture. Transfer to oven and bake uncovered 25-30 min. or until eggs are firm in center.
