Directions:  
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Whip all but the nutmeg. Take a 9X13" pan fill w/ 1-2" of water. Pour mixture into 6 individual ramikins and sprinkle with nutmeg or into a muffin tin. Gently place ramikins or muffin tin into the water (Water bath) being careful not to get water into the mixture. Then place into oven for 1:15 to 1:20 minutes or until the knife comes out clean.

Top with fresh raspberries or anything you like.
