1  teaspoon

1  teaspoon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and combine dry ingredients in a large bowl
Smash bananas in large bowl and add grated carrots, sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix until creamy
Add yogurt, oil and egg to banana mixture and stir together
Combine banana mixture to dry ingredient bowl and mix together (if using nuts add at this time)
Spray loaf baking dish with baking spray and pour mixture into dish
Bake in oven 45 – 55 minutes (until sides of bread pull away from dish)
Remove and cool on rack
Slice and serve with cool whip if desired
