Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chopped nuts.

In a smaller bowl, combine egg, honey, mashed banana and milk. Wisk together.

Add liquid to dry ingredients. Stir until blended.

Pour batter onto hot, lightly oiled griddle or electric fry pan. When bubbles appear in batter, turn over pancakes.
