Directions:  
Use food processor or ninja to grind almonds, add oats and grind, add banana, egg, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and process. Let set about five minutes to allow dry ingredients to soak up the liquid. Then drop onto hot skillet to cook. Be careful to not have too high heat because these pancakes take longer to cook than normal ones and will burn. Turn carefully as they will be a little less firm in the middle than regular pancakes. Add just a touch of butter once done and they taste like warm banana nut bread. No syrup needed!
