Peal and slice the bananas in a medium bowl then mash with a fork or potato masher.

Beat the eggs in a separate bowl then pour in the bananas stir to combine

Melt oil in skillet over medium heat.

Using a large spoon pour a scoop of batter into the skillet

Flip when the edges look dry (they can be kind of loose, practice makes perfect)

Remove from pan and enjoy! These do not require syrup as the bananas and coconut oil make them sweet enough
