Directions:  
Chop & slice vegetables, mix together & dress with favorite salad dressing.
*****I add grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, 1 tsp dried oregano, 2 tsp balsamic vinegar, and 1 Tbsp spicy less fat Good Seasons Italian. I make a large base of this and add the other things just before eating. I keep it in the fridge in a rectangular plastic lidded container with double paper towel on the bottom and a single paper towel on the top. It stays fresh for 5-6 days.****
