In medium fry pan, brown diced leeks in small dab of butter (cook 1min) add chopped peppers (cook 2 more min) and remove from heat.

In large soup pot, mix both soup packages, spinach, garlic and leak/pepper mix...heat to a simmer and let simmer while you cook the ground turkey.

In medium fry pan, cook ground turkey and break up into small pieces

Add cooked turkey to simmering soup pot

Simmer for at least 2min and serve hot - ENJOY!!
