Directions:  
Bring broth or water to a boil. Add rice and simmer about 45min (until tender)

Chop bacon into small pieces

Saute all veggies in bacon grease (or olive oil) until crisp tender. salt and pepper to taste

Fluff rice and add all veggies and bacon (plus any optional ingredients)

Toss until mixed

Add any other seasonings you prefer

Serve warm or at room temp
