Directions:
1
Quickly stir-fry beef and mushrooms in dry wok until beef has reached desired doneness. If using precooked beef add when mushrooms are almost finished. Splash with 1 tbs of soy sauce, stir. Remove from wok into separate bowl. Stir in precooked broccoli and set aside. (Instructions for fresh or frozen broccoli in step 3.)
2
Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in wok. Add rice, garlic, and ginger. Stir-fry until rice is heated through.
3
If using fresh or frozen broccoli stir into rice mixture now.
4
Push cooked rice to the edges of the wok creating a well-like space in the center. Add eggs to this space and scramble there until firm. Stir into rice mixture.
5
Add beef broccoli and mushroom mixture to the rice mixture in the wok. Toss in 2 tbs of soy sauce. Stir-fry for 60 sec. Serve.
