Directions:  
In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and milk. Turn onto a floured surface; knead 8-10 times. Roll the dough into a 12 inch X 10 inch rectangle. Spread with butter. Combine softened butter, brown sugar and cinnamon, Spread over dough. Roll up from the long side. Cute into 10 slices. Place with cut side down on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes. Meanwhile combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar. Spread over warm rolls
