Directions:  
In a meduim sized kettle, over medium high heat cook garlic, onion, and celery in 1/4 cup water until tender. Add broth and tomatoes. Cover, bring to boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer about 30 minutes. Add chicken, Worcestershire Sauce, herbs, and Tabasco Sauce. Continue to cook on low about 10-15 minutes. Place rice in individual soup bowls and spoon jambalaya over rice.
