Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan.

Add the chopped onion, stir to mix, and cook until soft.

Add the Jack Daniels, pineapple juice, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, crushed pineapple, and brown sugar to saucepan. Stir to mix.

Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until the mixture has reduced by half.

Remove saucepan from stove and let it sit until it thickens.

Pour into glass jar to store.

Optional: Add some cayenne pepper (1/8-1/4 tsp to taste) to add a bit of heat.
