Directions:  
Sautee' ham, onion, peppers, and garlic in oil. Cool
Put about 3 tbsp in each tortilla.
Top with 3 tbsp cheese. Roll up and place seam down in 9x13" pan.
Combine eggs flour milk and tabasco sauce.
Pour over tortillas. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350ยบ for 40-50 minutes (until set)
Serve with sour cream, salsa, etc.
