Directions:

Brown ground beef and chopped onion; remove from pan and place on a paper towel lined plate; let cool to room temperature.

Steam broccoli florets until bright green and slightly tender; let cool to room temperature.

In a large bowl: break ground beef down to small pieces.

Chop broccoli and add to bowl.

Add shredded cheddar cheese and toss together.

In the bottom of a 9 x 9 inch pan, place four biscuits and press together to form a bottom crust.

On a flexible cutting board, lay out the other four biscuits and press together to form a top crust.

Place broccoli and beef mixture in the 9 x 9 inch pan on top of the bottom crust, spreading evenly.

Gently place the top crust on top of the mixture by flipping the cutting board over and peeling the flattened biscuits out

Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 to 20 minutes until biscuits brown.
