Brown the ground beef, drain, and put back in pan.

Add baked beans, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, and chili powder.

Mix thoroughly, and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

While beef and beans are simmering, cook rice per package instructions.

To build your mountain:

Crush corn chips on dinner plate.

Spread rice (about 1/2 cup) evenly over chips.

Spread beef & bean sauce over rice.

Add taco sauce and sour cream spread evenly over sauce.

Sprinkle cheese over top of mountain.

Add your choice of "low calorie" toppings -- shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, black olives, Cholula or Sriracha sauce, etc.
