2  cups
1-1/2  tablespoons
1  tablespoon
2-1/2  teaspoons
1  teaspoon
1/3  cup
3/4  cup

Whisk together dry ingredients.

Cut in coconut oil with a pastry cutter if solid, or mix with water if liquid.

Add water and mix minimally - whisk and then stir.

Knead a few times on floured board.

Pat into 1” thick sheet. Let rest 30 min. if you have time.

Cut into 2” biscuits, taking care not to twist cutter, which would crimp edges.

Place on greased insulated cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 15-18 min.
