Directions:  
Whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Mix together until combined and knead until smooth, if dough sticky sprinkle with add'l flour. Cut into 4 equal parts roll into ball and stick thumb in center and stretch to form bagel. Place on parchment lined baking pan and bake at 375 for 24 minutes or until golden brown.
