Directions:  
Heat oil in large skillet or wok with onion, garlic and ginger for 5 minutes. Add finely diced chicken breast and cook until brown. Mix together Liquid Aminos and Honey in separate bowl. Add half of sauce, drained water chestnuts and cashews. Turn off heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Use remaining sauce for drizzling. Serve in baby romaine lettuce leaves.
