Directions:  
Chop cauliflower and roast with onions in 400 oven.
Sautee leeks, cauliflower, onions and garlic in butter and olive oil for 10 minutes.
Cover with vegetable broth and 4 cups water. Boil, then turn down to simmer for 45 minutes.
Puree. Salt and Pepper to taste.
