Directions:  
1.) Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and set aside.
2.) Steam cauliflower in hot water for 5-10 minutes or soft, drain and blend in the food processor ( just a few seconds.)
3.) In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4.) Spoon about 1 tablespoon of mixture in your hands and roll into small circular shaped tots.
5.) Place on the pan ½ inch apart and bake for about 20 minutes, turning halfway through cooking until golden.

Note: Be sure to not over cook the cauliflower. Overcooking may cause it to be too soft.
