Directions:  
Cut romaine into bite size pieces into large salad bowl. Dice pepper, celery, cucumber and carrots if necessary. Add to salad bowl. Toss to mix well and divide into to bowls. Place a piece of ham on top of turkey and roll up and slice into 1 inch sections. Repeat for all. Divide between the 2 bowls and cut the eggs into quarters and divide between the 2 bowls.
