Steam 4 ounces of chicken for about 15 minutes, in small skillet add shredded chicken, butter, and balsamic vinegar, mix well and cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, set aside.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Spray medium heat skillet with cooking spray, pour in the eggs. Cook and stir until almost firm. Add the chicken, and continue cooking and stirring until firm, set aside.
Place a little shredded cheese onto both flour tortilla. Bake tortillas in oven for 5 min or less (keep to tortilla soft). Top with some of the scrambled egg and chicken, then add salsa to your liking.
