Steam 6 ounces of chicken for about 15 minutes, in small skillet add shredded chicken, butter, and balsamic vinegar, mix well and cook on medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, set aside.

Sprinkle a little shredded cheese onto tortilla. Top with some of the scrambled egg and chicken, then add salsa to your liking. Repeat the process.
