Directions:  
Cook chicken breast (poach in chicken broth) then shred or dice cooked chicken. Cook carrots, celery, and leeks in small amount of chicken broth until tender. Add mushrooms and soup. Mix well then add peas and mix slightly. Put mixture into oven proof dishes or one casserole dish. Put chilled baking powder biscuits on top and bake until biscuits are done.
Pie crust can also be used.
