Directions:

Take skin and fat off chicken breast. Boil in 3 cups of water for 30 minutes on high.

Chop up all the vegetables and add after 30 minutes.

Remove chicken and cut meat into small pieces. Discard bones.

Add chicken broth,water, salt and pepper. Throw in rice and macaroni.

Turn heat to medium and stir occasionally.

Serve with multi grain roll and fresh butter.
