Directions:  
Slice sweet potatoes and onions thinly and saute in large skillet with oil. May have to add 1/4 cup water so they won't burn for about 12 min till tender.
Add sliced chicken, chopped garlic and ginger, saute for a min.
Add sliced cabbage, cook till wilted or tender 2-3 min. Add hoisin sauce. Serve sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
