Unroll chicken thighs and flatten with meat mallet.

Transfer to eggwash, submerge properly and then roll in breadcrumbs.

Put olive oil in pan, and brown chicken on both sides.

Put in preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 320 Deg.
