Directions:  
Brown ground beef with onion and bell pepper in large pot until onion and peppers are tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except beans. heat to boiling then reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally, or cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Stir in beans about 15 minutes before ready to serve.
