Directions:

Mash the banana in a medium bowl. Mix in the vanilla and agave or maple syrup.

Slowly melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave (about 60-90 seconds, stirring every 20 seconds). Stir until smooth and add in the peanut butter. Mix well.

Add the chocolate mixture to the banana mixture and mix well.

Mix in the oats until they are all coated evenly.

Put a heaping tablespoon of the mixture into each section of a non-stick mini-muffin pan. Press down with the back of the spoon to get a smooth bottom. Put into the fridge to set for about 60 minutes. Remove with a spoon around the edges.
