Directions:  
Mix cashews, hemp seed, cinnamon, salt and oats in food processor and whiz until crumbly. Add dates and vanilla and whiz for 1 minute more. When it becomes sticky, add coconut and chocolate chips and process again until it forms a ball on the blade. Remove the dough and press into a parchment paper lined pan. Refrigerate to set then cut into bars.
