Combine dry ingredients (except chocolate chips) in food processor.

Whisk together wet ingredients

Pour wet ingredients into dry ones in a slow stream while processing

Remove to a bowl, add chocolate chips and mix

Form into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet

Flatten balls somewhat

Bake at 375 for about 15 minutes (on insulated cookie sheet), until edges start to brown (they will still feel very soft)

Remove to cake rack to cool
