Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12 muffin pan.

1) Put cornmeal and lard in bowl.
2.) Cut lard in using a fork.
3.) Add egg and buttermilk.
4.) Mix well.
5.) Fill each muffin tin with 3/4 full with mix.

Cook on 350 until done or as brown as you like.
