Preheat oven to 375 F. Spray 2 10 ounce custard cups with non-stick spray; set aside.

In blendet combine cheeses. egg yolks, reconstituted onion, mustard, and worcestershire sauce.

Process until smooth, scrapinng down sides as needed; set aside.

In small mixing bowl beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.

Fold 1/3 of cheese mixture into beaten egg whites, then fold in remaining cheese mixture.

Spoon 1/2 of mixture into each sprayed cup.

Place cups on baking sheet and bake until puffs are golden brown, about 25 minutes
