1 - In a large bowl mix together cottage cheese, egg, milk, and crushed pineapple

2 add in sugar, flour, and baking powder - blend lightly until well mixed

3 - Put large scoop on griddle on medium heat. wait till bubbles start showing, flip for another minute.
