Preheat oven to 400 degree and grease a casserole dish.
Mix chicken, onion, and cheese.
Place a small handful on crescent roll, roll it up and place in pan.
Fill all the rolls and place in pan, not quite touching.
Sprinkle any remaining chicken mixture over rolls.
Mix cream of chicken soup, and evaporated milk and pour over rolls.
Bake at 400 degrees for time on crescent roll packaging. For Pillsbury crescent roll packaging, normal cooking is 375 degrees for 9-12 min.
