Directions:  
I cooked everything in my rice maker. You can cook this on the stove or in the crockpot. Whatever floats your boat or is easiest.
Brown the hamburger and rice together. In a separate bowl mix the flour and spices except the bay leaves, and garlic (unless you are using powder if so throw it in also. Once the hamburger and onions are done add the flour and mix VERY well. Now add everything besides the sour cream. Cook on low/warm until you need it. Add the sour cream right before you serve it or on top to save calories. serve over rice or pasta.

Crockpot instruction are the same except you cook on low 6-8 hrs or high for 4. On the stove same as rice cooker.
