Directions:  
1 whole English Cucumber, 2 medium vine ripe tomatoes, 1/2 purple onion
Wash and peel cucumber and tomatoes if skin is tough. Cut cucumber in half length ways and then make thin slices. Chop tomatoes in small cubes and add to cucumbers. Slice onion so you have half circles and the beautiful color shows. Add favorite dressing and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
