Directions:  
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Put chicken breast and thighs in food processor and run util it is the consistency of ground meat. I use this method instead of buying ground chicken because it contains less fat.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Form in to 16 1 oz. balls. Can be serverd over Quinoa or Rice for Main Dish. Place in a baking dish & bake 20-30 minutes. Enjoy!
