Directions:  
Heat skillet with olive oil. Dice chicken and cook through.
While chicken is cooking, Dice green pepper and onion.
Heat butter in large pot. Once melted, add green pepper and onion. Cook green pepper and onion until tender.
Add tomatoes w/liquid, chicken breast, chicken broth, and sausage to the pot. Simmer for about 15 minutes
Add thyme, garlic powder, salt, & cayenne pepper to taste.
Add shrimp.
Add corn starch to thicken.
Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Serve over rice.
